HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE WATCH TO ARRIVE FROM THE TIME I ORDER?
Shipping will vary based upon where you are located and whether or not the product you are ordering is in stock. Unlike other sites who lead you to believe that all of their products are in stock and ready to ship, we will notify you of the estimated delivery time of your item if it is out of stock. If your watch is in stock, you can typically expect delivery within 7-10 working days. If your watch is out of stock, we will notify you immediately shipping time.
DO YOU SHIP TO AN ADDRESS DIFFERENT FROM THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD?
We do ship to an Address other than your Credit Card’s Registered Address with a scaned Copy of the Front and back of your credit card, signed, and sent to sales@A-Replica.com for Verification Purposes. Orders submitted with a different Billing and Shipping Address will immediately be put on Hold and an Email Reminding customer to send the Verification Document(s) will be sent.
It's been two weeks, where is my order?
Though we do not expect this to happen, if there is any significant delay with your order we will contact you immediately. We will be in contact with you from the time you place your order until you receive your delivery. After your item has left our location, we can provide you with a shipment tracking number in most cases, at our own discretion. Once your order ships, this tracking number will automatically be emailed to you, so there is no need to email us asking if your package has shipped, as we usually notify customers the same day their order ships.
What happens if my shipment is lost or stolen?
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or stolen, we will investigate, and if the watch cannot be recovered, we will send you another watch if the courier delivers your watch to the wrong address. We regret to inform you that if the postal service delivers the watch to the WRONG address, or you have moved or changed your address without notifying us, there is nothing we can do to recover your watch. |
