We will then provide instruction on where to return your watch(s). You must return the product(s) within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. You must send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund/replacement to be issued. We do not charge a restocking fee but in such cases, we lose the cost of the initial shipping and so can not pay for shipping both ways. Refunds are made in the same form as initial payment (ie. refunded on your credit card) and may take up to seven business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods.

The watch was used mishandled our used in a manner that would harm it (dropped, struck, etc.)

Watch has traces (marks) of outside penetration from repair attempt (watch has scratches, cuttings or other injuries that show attempts of opening watch)

Watch has marks of mechanic damages hits, casual operation (watch glass is broken popped out, winding buttons (key) is missing, buttons are missing, there are some hard dents and holes on watch body.

Damages are caused by temperature (too high or too low for this watch model, penetration of water, dust, mud, as a result of ignoring instructions.) Damages are caused by usage of low quality battery. Wearing out of watchband, bracelet and covering of watch is possible and permissible.

Discharge of battery during guarantee term is possible. Battery change cleaning and greasing (lubrication) of watch are not guaranteed services.
Warranty
We offer 180 days warranty on every watch you purchase from this site. Watches may be returned or exchanged only if it is faulty. Warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damages caused by external reasons (such as scratches, missing stones, dents, nicks, fading/chipping of the material on the product etc..). Warranty does not cover water damage, lost or stolen parts, damages due to personal misuse/negligence, therefore we strongly recommend not to swim, dive, surf or have any other similar activity with any watches.
Returns/Exchanges:
We offer a 14 days refund policy, if you are not 100% satisfied with the goods, we would only issue a refund if.

The item is in its original condition, which means the product hasn't been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged, scratched or tampered with.

The item is returned within 14 days of purchase. (from the day the goods is signed for /received).
